Low Season: April 1 - December 20:
$300/Day — $1750/week — $6000/month

High Season: December 21 - March 31:
$400/Day —$2100/week — $7500/month

* city room tax 13.962% and a one time cleaning fee of $200

* Tenant is responsible for any international calls made

* To hold a reservation: 40% of the entire rental: Balance Rent, Room Tax, Security Deposit ($500), and Cleaning Fee ($200.00) are due 60 days prior to occupancy and 120 days prior for holiday rentals.
